Sales Agency
Australia is recognized as an early adopter of
technology and as being a gateway to the Asia Pacific region. Many
premium vendors are looking to Australia/New Zealand and the
Asia-Pacific region in order to diversify their income stream. Zamro
offers local experts with an understanding of the market and key
decision makers in both Australia and New Zealand in all the leading
Telecommunication and Enterprises companies.
We
can offer our clients a range of services in this space. Two of our
prime services in Australia and APAC include:
1. Sales Agency/Outsourcing
Zamro pool together an individual sales person or
team of sales & presales from our group, to sell your product
into existing relationships within enterprise and telecommunications.
This outsource model can generate huge cost savings compared to hiring
full time staff in the initial start-up stage. In most cases, we
estimate that business model this involves less than a half of the cost
of hiring a full-time person.
As part of the client’s regional
assessment, our team assists in researching entry into Australia/NZ to
ensure an effective investment. This Entry-Phase Market Scope is market
specific, and in most cases will be completed by the sales person, that
we would consider to do the sales work, and a Zamro analyst.
2. Set up full time Sales team
When Zamro’s Outsource business model
has successfully established the client’s product into a
customer base, we encourage the client to consider deployment of Zamro
services in a full-time capacity. In this instance, the client can
choose to engage Zamro staff directly or to continue outsourcing. Given
our extensive, successful sales experience in the industry, we are
prepared to accept and manage market risk and quarantine client risk
exposure until such time that our clients are comfortable with business
dynamics. Zamro has been in the ‘people networking’
market for a long time and therefore know how to entice high caliber
individuals to deliver sales outcomes for our clients. We believe that
this is a critical advantage for vendors in start-up mode when entering
a new geographic region.
