2004 Zamro DNV Certification

Recently Zamro achieved certification to the standard for AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000, AS/NZS ISO14001:1996, AS/NZS4801:2001(Safety System, Quality System and Environment System). For the provision of service and product offering ICT executive search, strategic management consulting and telecommunications systems design and intergration.

DET NORSKE VERITAS Audit Manager Mr Yngve Amundsen said, "Improving customer satisfaction has been a major business commitment since the Quality Management System was implemented and the continuing growth of Zamro's business is a clear demonstration of customer satisfaction".

Mr Yngve commented on the high level of management commitment to improvement which has been maintained with all personnel interviewed showed an equal commitment to the management system.

Mr Yngve also noted "in this review, as at the last two reviews, the Quality Management System was functioning as documented and hence no findings were raised. This is an excellent result, as it is rare for a certified company to maintain a level of zero findings at successive reviews and also be able to demonstrate significant improvement in the Quality Management System".
